Job Summary:
The Digital Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering key technology-enabled business projects that form part of the Praxis Care Digital Strategy. The role will focus initially on the successful implementation of core systems identified within Year 1 of the roadmap, including workforce management and operational systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve agreed business benefits.
The role may contribute to the future development of project management capability across the organisation as the Digital Strategy evolves.
They will define and manage the level of Project Governance required to manage the Projects based upon Praxis Project Management Policy, past experience, the risks involved and best practice.

Key Accountabilities:
Benefits Definition
Define the business case for IT investment including cost savings, efficiency gains, improved reporting, and risk reduction.
User Requirements
Lead Business Analyst requirements gathering by identifying stakeholders, planning requirements approach and engage users. Gather, analyses, document and priorities requirements with stakeholders into User Requirements Documents.
Vendor Selection & Evaluation
Identify and evaluate vendors through structured processes such as Requests for Proposals. Assess vendors against technical fit, cost, security, scalability, and organizational requirements.
Vendor Negotiation & Contract Management
Assist with commercial negotiations including pricing, licensing, SLAs, and contract terms. Ensure agreements support long-term cost control, service quality, and risk mitigation.
Implementation & Delivery Management
Plan and deliver IT systems including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones. Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Change & Adoption
Develop project communication plans, support training and adoption activities, work with business leads to prepare services for change and monitor adoption and post-implementation benefits.
Governance
Manage Project Governance by setting, monitoring and managing the appropriate controls to ensure Projects are delivering on time, budget, quality and within risk constraints agreed for the project.
Benefits Realisation
Track and ensure delivery of expected benefits post-implementation. Measure KPIs, adoption levels, and financial/operational gains. Conduct post-implementation reviews.
