Overview

Join a leading engineering team and contribute to major rail infrastructure projects. As a Senior Estimator - Buildings, you will play a key role within a multidisciplinary team by delivering strategic cost estimates for complex stations, buildings, and architectural components at the heart of innovative and impactful projects.

Your role

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for large-scale station and building projects
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings, BIM models, and technical specifications
• Develop comprehensive unit prices for labour, equipment, and materials
• Analyze historical cost data as well as market conditions in infrastructure and vertical construction
• Work closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure completeness of estimates
• Identify risks, gaps, and interfaces between different project components
• Support bid strategies for large, multidisciplinary projects

About you

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of estimation methods for rail infrastructure and complex building projects
• In-depth understanding of building systems, architectural finishes, and MEP interfaces
• Ability to analyze cost data and develop competitive pricing strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range of $93 800- $129 000. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
