HSE
Establish and maintain a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSE Requirements and Rules.
Ensuring that TEPDK and NorSPIE's QHSE regulations and procedures are applied.
Give his/her contribution in hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause failure analyses, process incidents
advising his/her hierarchy about QHSE issue or opportunities and proposing corrective solutions.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for all INSTRUMENT & TELECOMMS Preparations subjects (systems, packages, or plant) under the frame
of responsibilities.
Ensure conformance to Client's Company rules, best standards, and general legislations.
Ensure delivery of Work Preparations and support to maintenance activities of the Site team
MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical
KPIs, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability
• Take charge of Work Orders under His/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements
during preparations.
• Ensure Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in
CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
• Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to
ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
• Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of
execution datelines. Typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date.
• Ensure compliance to the best preparations standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and
guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages,
especially those critical to Safety and production. (Defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc.).
• As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times a threshold
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities.
• On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities
requested by the TEPDK to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the
GMC Preparations - focal point for clarifications where required
Profile
Experience in INSTRUMENT/TELECOMMS Systems in the Offshore Environment
Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.
Experience in maintenance operations support.
Good knowledge of planning and CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based), Evision permit Systems and other Preparations,
Tools/Resources.
