About the mission we offer you:
Within the Human Resources Department at Technip Energies France, you will join the HRIS team. You will participate in various projects and be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the use of all information systems for the HR Department. You will support users throughout their experience, train them, and assist them in using the tools.
Your responsibilities will be diverse:
• Support/train HR users (HRSD, HRBP, Global Mobility, etc.) on HRIS tools
• Document tool knowledge in user guides
• Improve data quality in the systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes through the systems
• Participate in certain project phases with the project manager
Starting Date: August/September 2026
Duration: 12 to 24 months

- You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems (or equivalent).
- You are fluent in English and have a facility for structuring and modeling concepts.

- Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have an ability to synthesize information.
