En SLB estamos en búsqueda de un profesional con 5 a 7 años de experiencia en Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, con pasión por la cultura de seguridad y ganas de seguir creciendo dentro de una organización global en el sector petrolero.

Lo que Buscamos

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, T.S.U. en Higiene y Seguridad Industrial o carrera afín
• 5 a 7 años de experiencia en roles de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, preferiblemente en la industria petrolera o afines
• Inglés es un plus, pero no excluyente
• Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de seguridad y normativa local.
• Certificaciones INPSASEL al dia
• Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y capacidad de influencia hacia equipos y gerencia
• Orientación a la mejora continua y alto sentido de responsabilidad

.The HSE staff/Senior HSE Staff is responsible for supporting local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.

• Develop manager's awareness and ensure HSE is an integral part of line management responsibilities and objectives.
• Assist line managers with: Understanding and implementing the HSE Management System; monitoring HSE objectives; liaising with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE; assessing local risks; generating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists; preparing HSE plans that define how the HSE Management System is implemented at location level; monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures; conducting compliance audits and self-audits.
• Advise management on corrective action required.
• Coordinate and participate in screening and HSE training of personnel, including contractors.
• Keep abreast of new documentation and training material related to HSE and inform management accordingly.
• Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite.
• Advise management on local HSE compliance with Schlumberger, local and host country regulations.
• Monitor and follow up on HSE reports and facilitate LPT meetings and HSE audits.
• Support line management in investigations of failures and accidents.
• Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training and promoting active involvement in HSE programs.
• Recommend improvements to the HSE program.
• Conduct regular QUEST reviews to ensure that logged data is correct and up to date.
