Mission:
Perform and coordinate technical activities related to the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operational support of offshore production facilities, with specific focus on Subsea Control and Production Systems. Ensure safe, reliable and efficient system performance by interfacing with engineering, vendors, and operations teams, supporting the transition from commissioning to stable operations, and resolving technical issues related to complex subsea control systems, electro-hydraulic systems and topside-subsea interfaces. Provide field-driven technical expertise to optimize commissioning execution, troubleshoot system behavior, and maintain production continuity in compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Provide field-driven technical expertise to optimize commissioning execution, troubleshoot system behavior, and maintain production continuity in compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Tasks:
A. Commissioning & Start-up Execution
- Support and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for subsea control systems and offshore production facilities
- Review and implement commissioning procedures, system dossiers and test documentation
- Participate in FAT/SIT (where applicable), SAT, loop checks, functional testing and system validation activities
- Validate control logic, interlocks, alarms and cause & effect for subsea and topside integrated systems
- Support system energization, start-up sequences and performance verification
B. Subsea Control Systems Scope
- Commission and troubleshoot Subsea Control and Production Systems, including:
- Control Systems Architecture (DCS, SCADA, MCS / ICSS platforms)
- Electro-hydraulic control systems
- Instrumentation, diagnostics and monitoring systems
- Perform commissioning and operational support activities related to:
- HPU systems (with or without dedicated control systems)
- Subsea facilities: SSIVs, manifolds, valves, skids, umbilicals
- Subsea production system behavior and response
- Support testing, operation and troubleshooting of Christmas Tree hydraulic valves, including:
- SSSV, SSV, WV (Production and Kill)
- Lower & Upper Master Valves
- Swab, Crossover and Annulus valves
C. Interface Management (Subsea vs Topside)
- Coordinate and validate interfaces between subsea systems and topside ICSS / control systems
- Support integration of subsea control systems into platform/FPSO control architecture
- Interface with vendors (OEMs), subcontractors and engineering disciplines for system integration and troubleshooting
- Ensure consistency between control philosophy, field instrumentation and operational requirements
D. Operations & Post Start-up Support
- Provide technical support during early production / operations phase after start-up
- Monitor system performance and identify deviations affecting production, safety or availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to:
- control systems
- hydraulic systems
- subsea-to-topside communications and interfaces
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and propose corrective actions to improve system reliability and performance
E. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
- Support maintenance planning and execution for control and subsea-related systems
- Provide input to maintenance strategies, spares management and system reliability optimization
- Identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of commissioning and operational practices
- Ensure proper documentation update (red mark-ups, commissioning dossiers, procedures)
F. HSE & Compliance
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with HSE policies, PTW and offshore safety procedures
- Participate in PSSR, HAZOP follow-ups and safety reviews
- Promote safe working practices during commissioning and operations phases
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 10-15 years in offshore oil & gas
- Strong background in:
- Commissioning, start-up and operations
- Control systems and ICSS (Honeywell preferred)
- Offshore experience on:
- FPSO / subsea developments
- Hands-on field approach with troubleshooting capability
- Preferably experience in:
- Subsea production systems
- Subsea vs topside interfaces
What are we looking for?

- Minimum 10 years of experience offshore Oil & Gas
- Primary area of experience in Offshore platform (fixed ) or FPSO/Floating productions systems
Languages: English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Christmas Tree Hydraulic Valves
- Experience with Subsea Production Facilities
- Experience with Electro-Hydraulic systems (HPU, valve control)
- Experience with Subsea Control Systems
- Experience with Honeywell ICSS systems
- Experience with ICSS / Control Systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA)
- Experience with offshore operations AFTER start-up
