Wise May are a growing independent Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Working in a collaborative team who go above and beyond to deliver a 5 star service to our candidates and clients at all times. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for a range of roles, engaging with them through the full recruitment lifecycle.

This is a full time, permanent role. We offer hybrid working once you have passed probation (4 days in the office / 1 day remote) and the hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload.

Resourcer key tasks and responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels; LinkedIn, Job boards, personal networks, social media and referrals.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates.
• Advertising our live jobs on the company website and job boards.
• Reviewing advert responses.
• Matching suitable candidates to shortlists.
• Pre-screen candidates on the telephone.
• Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Obtain interview feedback.
• Update and cleanse our CRM database.
• Generate leads for the sales team to follow up.
• Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
• Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references).
• Create Social Media content.

Resourcer skills and experience required:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships and rapport
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
• Resourceful and able to use own initiative
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
