Job Summary
This position is responsible to manage and monitor company financial activities also preparing and reviewing financial reports periodically.
Responsibilities & Authorities
Updating and monitoring the financial operation in each line of businesses, such as purchasing, sales, payables, payroll, spending, treasury etc.
Ensuring invoicing to customer is processed as quickly as possible and receivables are collected promptly.
Financial and management reporting as well as providing reports, variance analysis and financial support to product lines
Preparing, reviewing and monitoring financial reports of the company.
Develop and evaluate feasible bid models for new project
Maintaining and managing tax forecasting, filing and reporting and ensuring timely payment.
Lease with internal and external financial and tax Auditors.
Prepare the financial budget & forecast on monthly, quarterly & annually basis
Oversee and review local content reporting as per requirements
Other duties as directed

STOP WORK AUTHORITY: Empowered to stop the job when feel continuing the task would be unsafe
Ensure that all work practices and systems are consistent with the QHSE policies and relevant statutory requirements
Support the implementation of specific strategies within the Company to minimize the exposure of safety related risk to employees from injury or disease
Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting to QHSE Systems and Policies
Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generally
Continuous Improvement – “Show we can always do things better to eliminate NPT” Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:
Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business
Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness
Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies
Qualifications:
Educational : Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
Experience : Min. 8 years’ experience in Accounting with 3 years in Managerial role
Competencies:
Depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems
Management and leadership skills
Good understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance
Excellent in computer skills (Microsoft application)
Demonstrated decision making capabilities
Aptitude for problem solving
