Position Summary

Responsible for leading the Flow Controls (FCV) business, providing management support to PRM ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Accountable for business strategy execution, financial performance, market expansion, and organizational development while aligning regional priorities with Emerson's global objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, operating income, and cash flow.
• Drive commercial performance through market expansion, strategic customer engagement, and pricing excellence.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business review processes.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and lead a high-performing organization focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
• Understand How to Staff the organization and how to build a comprehensive business case to get approvals
• Understand the Brazilian Market for Valves, including Industry trends, applications, competitors, and the Growth Drivers
• Understand how a GTM should be and which kind of complementary Sales channels needs to be developed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience in automation industrial process ( chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas) , or related industries.
• Proven experience managing a business with P&L accountability.
• Knowledge of control valves
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic business acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.
