Your Role and Responsibilities

You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class level performance.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Overseeing quality control activities across all stages (incoming, in-process, final testing) to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions using "Quality Wins" methodologies to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Acting as the go-to person for production line quality concerns, ensuring compliance and preventing production stoppages.
• Managing and analyzing quality data to monitor current performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating cross-functionally (Product Eng, Process Eng, Production, Agile Teams, Suppliers) to optimize processes, support audits, and improve quality KPIs.

Qualifications for the Role

• You have a master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
• You possess knowledge of quality control processes & Statistical Analysis
• You have knowledge of "Quality Wins" methodologies
• You like working by delivering results with the responsibility of executing assigned tasks and projects
• You have experience in technical context
• You are ease communicating in Italian and English.
• You like positive environments with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

• Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
• Minimum annual salary: € 33.000
• Variable Pay:Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
