Join one of the world's largest LNG developments, the Mozambique LNG Project. A world-class onshore LNG project located at the Afungi site in Northern Mozambique.

Job Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance of camp facilities, utilities, and waste management services.
  • Ensure continuous availability of power generation, water treatment, sewage treatment, fire alarm systems, and utility networks.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Track maintenance schedules, work orders, KPIs, equipment uptime, and downtime.
  • Coordinate breakdown response, shutdown activities, and recovery actions.
  • Monitor asset condition and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Manage contractor performance, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and maintenance procedures.
  • Support permit-to-work implementation, risk assessments, toolbox talks, inspections, and audits.
  • Drive CMMS/SAP PM utilization for maintenance planning and tracking.
  • Review quotations, invoices, and supporting documentation.


Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in facilities management, utilities, maintenance, or related industrial environments.
  • Previous experience in remote sites, LNG, oil & gas, mining, or large infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of power generation, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and utility systems.
  • Proven experience with CMMS, SAP PM, or equivalent maintenance management systems.
  • Strong contractor management and maintenance planning capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Strong HSE commitment and leadership mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
