Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of current organizational structures, roles, and processes to develop and propose new designs that enhance efficiency and align with business strategy
  • Lead and manage multiple organizational design projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and evaluated to be delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop and implement detailed change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management, to support organizational design initiatives
  • Analyze workforce data, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities and use this data to inform organizational design decisions and recommendations
  • Design and deliver clear and compelling presentations and reports on organizational design initiatives, including progress updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives, ensuring that organizational design solutions align with their expectations
  • Ensure that organizational design solutions are consistent with stakeholder expectations and requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to support the implementation of new organizational structures and processes, equipping employees and managers to adapt to changes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational design to continuously enhance processes and methodologies
  • Apply industry knowledge to improve organizational design processes and methodologies on an ongoing basis
  • Create and refine organizational design policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Establish metrics and measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of organizational design changes, using insights to refine and improve future initiatives
  • Provide expert consulting and advisory services to senior leaders and HR partners on organizational design matters, offering recommendations based on industry standards and best practices
  • Work closely with HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and employee relations, to ensure organizational design initiatives are integrated with broader HR strategies
  • Leverage HR technology and tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management to support organizational design efforts
  • Identify potential risks associated with organizational design changes and develop mitigation strategies to address them, managing change initiatives effectively to minimize disruption
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating organizational design practices and processes based on feedback and performance data


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Certification in Learning and Development is preferred but not required
