Job Description
- Manage the mob/demob of ground improvement equipment to/from projects
- Keep up to date of new developments in ground improvement equipment
- Ensure effective and safe mechanical operation and maintenance activities of all equipment to HSE requirements respond to QHSE reports and ensure addressed issues will be solved
- Monitor weekly performance of the workshops and the superintendents and their subordinates
- Ensure a supportive environment and a workplace that challenges, inspires and creates the conditions conducive to learning
- Install and troubleshoot ground improvement equipment, hardware and software
- Work according to defined policies and procedures for effective, efficient and professional functioning of the division
- Work according to the QA/HSE requirements and procedures
- Promote and ensure compliance with Organization's Health & Safety policies
- Actively participate to the safety program is a condition of each employee's employment in order to achieve safer working environment
