Financial analyst

Location:

Henderson, NV, In office 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• This position will serve as an all around kind of person in the finance department
  

• Key responsibilities include:
  

• Supporting M&A evaluation and transaction analysis
  

• Building and maintaining financial models
  

• Preparing board and investor presentations
  

• Assisting with internal reporting and strategic analysis
  

• Preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates to I Squared Capital
  

• Supporting broader finance and strategic initiatives
  
  Ideal Background:
  
• 2-4 years experience IB Analyst or early Associate
  
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  

• Exposure to M&A transactions
  

• Experience preparing presentations and financial materials
  

• Mainly Industrials background
  

• Not so much P&U IB background but industry background is flexible - industrials, infrastructure, energy transition, P&U
  

• Someone who wants to leave the banking hours, but will still have a lot of work and exposure
  

• Entrepreneurial mindset
