As a Night Cook, you prepare meals during overnight shifts, ensuring the crew has fresh food while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the galley.

Function Description

You support vessel operations by coordinating with the daytime galley team to ensure continuity of service and proper meal planning. You handle food preparation according to dietary requirements and crew schedules, ensuring availability at irregular hours. You monitor inventory levels during your shift, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation and storage procedures. Additionally, you comply with company policies and maritime regulations, contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient galley environment.

• Hygiene certificate
• STCW
• Seaman's Book
• Medical Seafarer
• Valid passport
