BIM Engineer

Reports: PCS Manager

Location: Spata, Attica,

Status: Full time - Site office-based

We are seeking a BIM Engineer to support the coordination and delivery of MEP designs for a major long-term project in Spata, Attica. The successful candidate will develop and manage BIM models, perform clash detection, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery. This role requires experience in Revit MEP, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a dynamic project environment. Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects and familiarity with BIM standards will be considered an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for the MEP systems.
• Collaborate with design consultants, supervision teams, and multidisciplinary project stakeholders to integrate
• Perform clash detection and coordinate the resolution of design conflicts across disciplines.
• Produce and maintain drawings, schedules, quantities, and other project deliverables through BIM processes.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and the industry's best practices.
• Support project teams in BIM coordination, model reviews, and digital project delivery activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and/or BIM coordination, with a focus on MEP projects.
• Experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination will be considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and international BIM standards.
• Relevant BIM certifications will be considered an asset.
