Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) tasks, contributing to the overall safety and compliance of our operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HSE practices and procedures.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Prepare presentations, internal announcements, and communication materials related to HSE activities and projects.
• Support the coordination and delivery of HSE communication and awareness campaigns across internal platforms and communication channels.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding general HSE-related communication and administrative inquiries.
• Maintain and regularly update internal HSE pages, ensuring information accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with the organization of HSE training sessions, awareness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Support internal communication initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental topics.
• Provide general administrative assistance to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the HSE function.
• Support monitoring of HSE indicators and help keeping them on track
• Support the monitoring and reporting of environmental indicators
• Assist in the analysis of sustainability data and environmental performance metrics

Essential Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Management or any related field, including and not limited to HSE
• Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Results-oriented mindset with a practical and solution-focused approach.
• Familiarity with design and content creation tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 RON and 5,000 RON gross.
