We are currently seeking GPO - Finance Data, to join our BI & Data Analytics team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

Finance Data Governance

• Define and deploy a global governance framework for finance data
• Establish data standards, policies, and ownership (Data Owners & Stewards)
• Lead governance bodies (data councils, steering committees)

Data Standardization & Model Design

• Maintain and evolve the global finance data model
• Working with GBS Finance team, support harmonization of:
• Chart of Accounts (CoA)
• Master data (suppliers, customers, cost centers, etc.)
• Ensure cross-country and cross-entity consistency

Data Quality & Performance Management

• Define and monitor data quality KPIs
• Implement data quality dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
• Lead remediation and root cause analysis on data issues

Process Integration & Optimization

• Ensure alignment of finance data with end-to-end processes:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Intercompany
• Support process automation and touchless operations

Digital & Analytics Enablement

• Enable data readiness for:
• Advanced analytics (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric)
• Automation & AI use cases (e.g., smart coding, anomaly detection)
• Collaborate with IT on ERP (Oracle/SAP) and data platform evolution

Compliance & Control

• Ensure compliance with financial standards (IFRS, local GAAP)
• Support audit requirements and internal controls (e.g., SOX)
• Maintain data traceability and integrity

Stakeholder Management

• Act as single point of accountability for finance data globally
• Collaborate with:
• Finance leadership / CFO organization
• Digiteam teams
• Data & Analytics teams
• Shared Services (GBS)
• Drive alignment across regions and functions

About you:

• 10+ years in Finance, Data, or Finance Transformation
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, SAP, etc.)
• Proven track record in data governance or process ownership roles
• Experience in large, international environments

Skills

• Deep understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Intercompany, Projects)
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI, Fabric)
• Experience with automation / digital transformation initiatives

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Ability to drive change and standardization at global scale

Success Metrics

• Improvement in data quality KPIs
• Reduction in data-related process errors
• Increased automation / touchless processing rates
• Standardization of finance data across entities
