Job Title: Senior Permit to Work Coordinator

Location: Angola

Rotation: 28/28 Work schedule: 12 hours / 7 days

Mission:

• Ensure that Project/Site HSE plans and procedures are properly implemented on site during operations
• Report to the upper HSE referent on any HSE issues occurred on site
• Liaise continuously with the workforce and supervision on HSE issues

Tasks:

• Conduct internal HSE inspections
• Deliver HSE induction and training
• Keep updated HSE procedures for the specific tasks
• Supervise HSE procedures implementation in the operative sites
• Ensure effective implementation of Life Saving Rules
• Spread HSE rules / standards / procedures / bulletins on site
• Ensure that relevant safety risk assessments are complied with and that Job Safety Analysis are prepared during the

Operations

• Promote safe operative techniques and methodologies for the planning, safety control (i.e. JSA)
• Ensure adequate HSE reporting in line with Company procedures

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of LOTO procedures
• Abilit to coach other project's Permit to Work Coordinators
• Expert knowledge on HSE in Oil and Gas environment and PTW system
