Senior Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager

Reports: Regional Integration Lead

Location: Spata, Attica

Status: Full time - 100% On-site

We are seeking a Senior Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager to enhance our PMC site team on a major long-term hyperscaler Data Center project in Spata, Attica. The successful candidate will work alongside the Client's team and the PMC team, coordinating directly with Data Center Integration (DCI) on all integration and technical infrastructure activities. This role requires strong familiarity with hyperscaler standards, previous experience delivering on a hyperscaler Data Center site in Europe, and the ability to act as the full-time on-site representative coordinating across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the wider project team on all DCI deliverables, acting as the point of contact for all stakeholders and ensuring reporting to the Client.
• Provide input on design deliverables, schedule milestones and progress, site supervision activities, Health & Safety, Risks, and Lessons Learned.
• Monitor Contractor activities and subcontractor performance across the project.
• Provide input and guidance regarding Corpnet Wired/Wireless, Furniture Fixtures & Fittings (FF&E), Audio Visual (AV), Radio over IP (RoIP), Telecoms, and Wide Area Network (WAN) Planning, as well as phased Electronic Security implementation.
• Follow the development of procurement strategies for the above scopes, manage change management, RFIs, and RFS (Request for Substitution), and track the General Contractor's progress on site against Required on Job (ROJ) dates.
• Carry out site supervision and monitor progress of the General Contractor's respective subcontractors and activities.
• Manage the interface with Commissioning (Cx) activities, Health & Safety, and Punch lists, and coordinate all requirements for handover packages, facilitating turnover to Operations.
• Act as the full-time on-site DCI representative, working alongside the existing team.
• Organize and lead Project Integration and Security Meetings and report weekly progress summaries to the Regional Integration Lead.
• Attend weekly design workshops, construction progress meetings, DCI-dedicated meetings, Site Co-ordination Meetings, End-to-End Program Meetings, Telecoms Progress Meetings, and Security meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven previous experience working with a hyperscaler in Europe (Microsoft, Google, AWS, or similar) on Data Center delivery, and familiarity with their processes.
• Strong familiarity with hyperscaler standards and previous experience on a hyperscaler Data Center site delivery.
• Experience with Nexus software or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of design coordination, schedule management, and site supervision on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal; Greek language is not required.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate across General Contractors and subcontractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale Data Center, infrastructure, or industrial projects in Europe.
• Familiarity with Commissioning (Cx) processes and handover-to-Operations procedures on Data Center projects.
• Previous experience as an on-site representative coordinating Integration, Security, and Telecoms workstreams.
