工作概述:

基于主计划进行生产排程,跟踪项目执行过程,协调处理异常问题,确保项目准时交付;针对运营过程的异常,推动持续改进,缩短总流转时间,降低在制品和成品库存 。

主要职责:

• 执行法规以及公司计划相关流程和程序,确保安全、诚信、合规;
• 根据主计划发布的周计划任务,制定各条产线的日 / 班次生产计划;
• 实时跟踪各工序生产检验等节点进度,监控计划与实际差异,和项目经理配合管控交付风险;
• 协调处理项目执行过程中的异常问题并推动快速解决,包括设计变更、物料采购、物流配送、生产返工、终检复检等,确保项目按计划完成和对客户的准时交付;
• 协助相应部门分析运营过程异常原因,推动持续改进和跨部门协作,缩短总流转时间,降低在制品和成品库存;

职位要求:

• 本科及以上学历;
• 3年及以上计划物流、生产检验、工程设计等相关工作经验;
• 良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力;
• 熟悉车间生产流程,良好的组织协调、解决问题能力;
• 良好的数字化工具技能,如 SAP、MES、APS、PowerBI;
• 具备英语书面和口语沟通能力;
