Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer pricing-related issues.
- Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and become familiar with customer and system requirements such as rebates, provisional, or formula pricing.
- Deliver effective communication across sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide answers to price inquiries. Generate customer adjustments and respond with urgency to time-sensitive needs.
- Assure accuracy of pricing data in SAP and extended systems. Manage system access, macros, and troubleshooting for the business.
- Calculate customer formula pricing information, ensure accuracy, and communicate to the business. Manage prices in pricing tools.
- Generate reports containing data required to support formula pricing calculations and competitive pricing discussions.
- Provide quantitative analysis on customers and market trends to business groups.
- Participate in monthly price changes and update customer price files based on relevant commodity market changes.
- Assure invoice accuracy, review metrics, and support efforts to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business and credit teams to investigate and resolve chargebacks.
- Process miscellaneous invoices, including validation, approval coordination, and submission for payment.
- Participate in contract review and entry for FLaRE obligation.
- Develop knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP) and extended tools; assist stakeholders in utilizing these systems.
- Participate in system improvements and customer fulfillment projects.
- Contribute to team goals and priorities.
- Model company core competencies with internal and external customers.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field
- High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
Qualifications
- Prior relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, reporting, formulas)
- Comfort working with and analyzing data.
- Experience with SAP transactions
