Digital Project Manager
Location: Calgary, AB
Work Arrangement: 4 days per week in office
Contract Term: 8 months
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects in alignment with organizational strategy and objectives. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management expertise, with a proven ability to drive complex digital, cybersecurity, or infrastructure projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
  • Forecast and manage resource allocation effectively
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets
  • Track project progress and costs; implement adjustments as required
  • Provide consistent and transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract oversight and deliverables
  • Apply project management best practices, tools, and methodologies throughout execution
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Manage risks, issue, and change control processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering projects across the full lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cybersecurity and/or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and time management capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Experience in proposal writing
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
