- To provide different administrative support services by handling variety of tasks including secretarial and administrative tasks, liaison with different internal and external parties and arrangement of office services and supplies.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and setting up for meetings and ordering supplies.
- Real time arrangements by booking appointments.
- Follow up travel arrangements i.e. flight booking, cars, hotel and restaurant reservation.
- Screen phone calls, and re-route calls to appropriate party.
- Use computer to generate reports, memos, minutes of meetings..etc.
- Greet and assist visitors and guests.
- Prepare time sheets, work schedules and overtime records as directed by supervisor.
- Notify HR of annual leave, sick and other duty leave as directed by supervisor.
- Close coordination with Departments for routine activities.
- Maintain communication with H.Q and Fields personnel via phone and email.
- HSE task and responsibility compliance and adherence to the Company HSE policy & procedure.
- Other related duties including variety of clerical and administration tasks.
Education
- 2 years post-secondary/high school certificate
- 1- 5 years' relevant experience (Oil & Gas experience is preferred)
