This individual will be responsible for developing origination strategy, evaluating new opportunities, and managing early-stage development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination efforts and support pipeline growth initiatives
• Evaluate new markets and development opportunities
• Oversee prospecting, site identification, and landowner engagement activities
• Partner with internal teams to advance projects through early-stage development
• Develop processes, reporting tools, and market intelligence to support decision-making
• Manage and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project origination, land acquisition, development, or related infrastructure sectors
• Experience evaluating markets and sourcing development opportunities
• Strong understanding of project development and commercial considerations
