Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our End User Data Centre Client on a €1.5bn Data Centre project in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of MEP quantity surveying process, including cost estimation, budgeting, and project management. This role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent management of contractors and essential to be from a contractor background
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
