Job Type: Secondment Opportunity (Up to 18 Months), Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Cardiff) 40 hours per week (The Hague)

Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, Cardiff or The Hague

Hybrid working opportunity, 2 days in the office per week

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in embedding IB's culture by contributing to the management of global People (HR) projects and initiatives that enhance the people experience and integrate best practices. It aligns policies, governance, employee engagement and change management with our People Strategy, fosters stakeholder engagement, and delivers scalable, data-driven solutions to actively influence organizational transformation and champion a strong, employee-centered people experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global HR projects from planning through delivery
  • Support development and governance of HR policies
  • Own delivery of people experience initiatives
  • Engage stakeholders across the global organisation
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for insights
  • Ensure compliance with governance and change frameworks

Qualifications

About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting HR projects or initiatives
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation

  • Annual salary circa £37,500 - £41,500, negotiable depending on experience
  • Annual pay review (effective from July 2027)

Position Location: The Hague
  • Annual salary circa €43,276 - €47,892, negotiable dependent on experience
  • Annual Pay Review
  • Relocation support and work permit sponsorship available
  • Flexible benefits allowance equivalent to 1.5% of Annual Salary to spend on benefits or as addition to salary
  • Flexible working (core hours are 10am-3.30pm), 40 hours per week
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, plus opportunity to purchase up to 5 days of leave each year
