• Facilitate c ommunicati o n a n d coordination be t ween t h e c onstr u ction, commi s sioning,

a n d interfa c e t eam s to ensu r e all critical path s are trac k ed and ma n a g ed ef f ecti v ely .

• E nsure that all interfa ce - r elated activit i es (ti e - ins, utilities, et c .) a r e c ommunicated

a n d pla n ned in c o ordin a tion wit h Client' s P r ojec t and Operatio n s tea m

• Maintain a com p re h ens i ve interf a ce r egist e r t o track a n d manage all cr itical points o f

interaction b et w een co n struction and co m miss i o ning teams .

3. Comm i s s io n in g S u p p or t

• Work cl o sely with the commiss i oning team t o supp o r t r equi r e m ents for p re -

commi s sioning and c o m missioning activitie s inline with sc h edule .

• Monito r the r eadine s s o f su b -sys t em / s y st e m s a n d equipment f o r commi s sioning,

ensuring any p otential b ottleneck s a re c ommunicated and ad d ressed p r omptly .

• E nsure that c ommi s sion i ng requi r e m ent s r emai n a f ocu s d u ring co n stru c tion phase s in
  line with sc h edule r equirement s t o a v oid d elay s o r rew o rk dur i ng the p r e - commi s sioning and c o m missioning stages .
• S u pport a n d facilitate S t ar t -Up readi n ess a n d a s suran c e including, pr e -s tart up a u dits,

chec k s (i . e. TIV / PSS R / SUO P / PSUA / S OF / VCR) whe r e applicab l e .

• S u pport a n d facilitate communication a n d c o o rdination with co m missioning a n d operational r eadiness , to ens u re a s m ooth t r a n sition through c ommiss i oning, RFSU, start-up a n d ha n dover; ens u ring a colla b ora t ed app r oach with Clie n t's P ro j ect a n d Operation s te a m s .

• Pr o vide r egular re p o rts o n the p ro g ress o f m echanical comp l etion, interf ac e coordination, a n d c o m missioning r eadiness t o both in t ernal t eam s a n d ex t ernal stakehol d e r s (Anton Oil a n d BOC) .
• E nsure al l sta k eholder s are updated on an y ch a nges in sc h edules , p ri o rities , or i ssues

impacting constr u ction a n d comm i ssioning tim e lines .

• Deve l op a n d maintain strong relat i onships wi t h Compa n y ' s P ro j ect a nd Operations teams to p r o mo t e a co llaborated envi r onmen t for p ro g ress a n d incl u sive p rob l e m - solvi n g .

• Updating t h e cons t ruction ris k regist e r on a w e ekly bas i s or w h enever requi r ed .
• Identify po t ential risks a n d bottlenecks at the cons t ructio n - c ommi s si o ning interface

a n d wor k with rele v a n t teams t o mitigate t h e s e risk s .

• E nsure that in t erf a ce - r elated i s sue s a re escala t ed a n d r e s olve d in a timely manne r to

avoid d elays in p ro j ect c ompletion .
