We are currently seeking Diploma Trainees reporting directly to HoD to join our Piping team based in Chennai.

We are seeking motivated Diploma Trainees to support our team with real-world projects and hands-on experience in the Energy Industry. As Diploma Trainees, you will assist in research, data analysis, and project execution while collaborating with professionals to solve industry challenges. This role offers valuable learning opportunities, skill development, and exposure to cutting-edge tools and practices. About you:
We love hearing from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
Qualification: Diploma in (Mechanical / Civil / E&I / Electrical/ Chemical/ Petrochemical)
Experience: Fresher/2026 pass out ONLY (NO history of arrears)
Academic Scores: 10th, 12th and Diploma in all semesters 70% & above.
• Good in Engineering fundamentals
• Flare to work in core Engineering
• Logical thinking, good communication skills & excellence in academics
• Interested to work in design, analysis and in 3D tools
• Ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of levels
• Teamwork and individual contribution to work
