Manager will assist in structuring and negotiating, and will primarily be responsible for managing and executing tax equity and debt financings. The Manager will handle daily relationships with investors, lenders, and third-party providers, build cross-functional relationships with our development, engineering, and construction teams, and oversee analysts to ensure new financing meets business needs and existing financings are successfully deployed. An effective Manager will need strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, fluency in financial modeling, and clear communication.
