Reporting to the Product Quality Assurance Manager, you will act as the Quality Assurance and Batch Release reference, working closely with Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure and strengthen the robustness of the batch release process.

Specialist Quality Assurance (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?
- Batch Release & Product Compliance: Perform the release of finished product batches manufactured and/or procured in strict compliance with GMP requirements; review batch documentation and determine batch acceptability.
- Quality Event Management: Assess non-conformities, deviations, and quality events; lead investigations and define appropriate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Quality System Management: Conduct internal audits within your scope of responsibility, monitor quality performance indicators, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Quality Culture: Prepare and deliver quality training sessions for production teams to support operational excellence and reinforce GMP awareness across the site.
What profile and skills are required for this Specialist Quality Assurance (M/F) position?
Experience
- Initial experience in an industrial pharmaceutical environment through long-term internships, apprenticeships, or a first professional role in Quality Assurance, Batch Release, Manufacturing, or Quality Control.
- Experienced candidates (approximately 5 years or more) with full autonomy in batch release activities and the ability to serve as a key organizational contributor are highly valued
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
- Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and resolve critical quality issues.
Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Must be eligible for registration (or already registered) with the French National Order of Pharmacists (Ordre National des Pharmaciens), Section B.
