In what environment will you work as a CQV Engineer (M/F)?

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a CQV Engineer (M/F).

Mission context

As part of investment and compliance projects within pharmaceutical facilities, the CQV Engineer (M/F) will be involved in commissioning, qualification and validation activities related to GMP equipment, utilities and systems.

CQV Engineer (M/F): What will be your roles and responsibilities?

Main mission

In close collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality teams, you will coordinate CQV activities in order to ensure regulatory compliance and successful commissioning of installations.

Main activities

• Define CQV strategies
• Perform risk and criticality assessments
• Write and execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Coordinate commissioning activities
• Participate in FAT/SAT activities
• Manage deviations and CAPA follow-up
• Write qualification reports
• Interface with suppliers and project teams
• Participate in audits and inspections

What profile and skills are required for this CQV Engineer (M/F) position?

Education & experience

• Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceuticals or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical CQV activities
• Experience with GMP equipment and clean utilities
• Knowledge of GMP requirements
• Professional English appreciated

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ activities
• Understanding of HVAC, utilities and process systems
• Experience with deviations and change control management
• Ability to read PID and technical documentation
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical quality standards

Soft skills

• Autonomy and rigor
• Analytical mindset
• Good field communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Responsiveness and priority management
