We are currently seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our Data Centre team in Netherlands. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities within the organization, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Proven experience in a QA management role

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills
