In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Basic Job Requirements
- Participate in the full systems lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise financial applications and integrations
- Take ownership of both day-to-day operational support and project delivery, acting as a technical lead when required
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions aligned with IT standards
- Support compliance and regulatory initiatives
- Provide effective written and oral communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
- Work collaboratively with global development teams located in the US, Europe and APAC.
Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 6 years of application or software development experience
- Strong technical background with hands-on programming experience
- Solid understanding of relational database systems (RDMBS) and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Oracle PLSQL development, Integration platforms, or other ERP system exposure is considered a plus
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week on-site
