We are looking for a "Sales Assistant" for the Hardlines Sales Team at the Intertek Turkey office.

• Graduates of relevant university departments (preferably with a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
• Able to support sales activities
• Possessing intermediate-level English proficiency
• Able to effectively use MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented
• Team player
• Open to learning, responsible, and highly organized
• Goal- and results-oriented
• Strong time management and planning skills
• Possesses clear speech, is presentable, friendly, and energetic
• Has no travel restrictions
• Holds a Class B driver's license and is able to drive actively
• For male candidates: has completed military service or is exempt from military service
• Resides in the European Side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the planning and tracking of sales and business development activities
• Prepare and submit proposals tailored to customer requests and track the process
• Manage customer requests for analysis, questions, and feedback
• Coordinate with operations teams
• Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensuring the continuity of the existing customer portfolio and developing customer relationships
• Maximizing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Actively gathering feedback from customers and reporting it to the manager/management.
