Originate, structure, and execute project finance transactions enabling the development, construction, and operations of utility scale solar & battery storage projects across the US — including development/corporate loan facilities, tax equity partnerships, tax credit transfer transactions, construction loans, and term loans.

Manage internal team members, external advisors, and transaction counsel; negotiate transaction documentation; own the financing model; create internal approval materials; and evaluate transaction risks.

Coordinate due diligence, working closely with development, engineering, and legal teams to address investor inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners across the energy sector.

Advise on the negotiation of critical project agreements.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
