We are currently seeking a Graduate Data Analyst to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidate would be offered fixed term employment of 2 years.

About the mission we offer you:

The Graduate Data Analyst is responsible to support topics of Information Management in project execution, proposals, and Digital Innovation. This shall include but not limited to assisting Systems Administration team members in an integrated environment, ensuring Information Management requirements are adhered to, and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholder.

Department:

• Act as a role model for the Project team member(s) for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.ENs purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future
• Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel
• Ensuring compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (Contractual requirements fulfilment, dashboard delivered on time, etc.)
• Support the governance of project Information Management Plan and Information Handover Plan.
• Manage project information standard or class library through AVEVA ISM.
• Develop digital report and dashboard using Power BI or other relevant tool.
• Support Digital initiatives coordinated or performed by Delivery Excellence organization
• Support project information handover as per project contractual requirements.
• Ensure project team members understand the Information Management requirement and adhere to the relevant procedure and standards.
• Ensure delivery of relevant and timely information to stakeholders enabling the project to be executed to high quality standards, low cost and in shortest possible time.
• Support coordination activities of project tools used by the various departments and disciplines for the execution of the project, including CAD, Engineering Document Management System (EDMS), Engineering Design Tools, Project Systems and Information Management (data integration, warehousing and handover).
• Promote way of working trough digitalization to all project team members.

Project Execution Support:

Continous Improvement and Expertise:

• Support harmornization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools, ensuring standardized deployment of its software and activities
• Collect needs and feedbacks from Project team for continous improvement
• Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continous improvement in Alpha Omega
• Conduct AVEVA ISM and Power BI training for junior team members
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or Data Management
• Able to communicate efficiently in diverse working environment including counterparts of various geographical location and culture.
• Possess fundamental knowledge on Information Systems, Data Visualization and Business Intelligence.
• Possess fundamental knowledge in Power BI.
• Possess fundamental programming knowledge C#, Javascript and Visual Basic are preferred.
• Possess fundamental database scripting like SQL in MSSQL / Oracle are preferred.
• Proficiency in English
