Job Description: Quality Lead - Supply Chain Focus

Pay Rate: $72 Per Hour

Job Description:

As the Quality Lead with a focus on Supply Chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all products and processes within the supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance programs and processes for the supply chain
• Lead quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data and metrics to monitor quality performance and identify trends
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide training and support to team members on quality management principles
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Management or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a supply chain environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
• Experience with conducting quality audits and assessments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, ISO) is a plus
