• Lead daily beach pull-in operations, orchestrating seamless coordination between offshore and onshore teams.

• Manage all logistics, equipment, and personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations every step of the way.

Requirements

To truly thrive as a Beach Master, you'll need a proactive approach, solid leadership, and a background in offshore construction.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Lead with confidence, drawing on your experience as a Beach Master, Superintendent, or Construction Manager in offshore or onshore installations.
• Oversee critical operations like offshore cable installations, beach pull-ins, and nearshore construction.
• Coordinate diverse teams and contractors, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced project environment.
• Champion safety and environmental standards, making them a top priority in every task.
• Effectively communicate and lead multidisciplinary teams, even chairing meetings with ease.
• Ideally, you'll also possess a valid offshore certification package and strong verbal and written English skills. EU working rights are a definite plus!
