Ready to lead as an HSEQ Manager? As an HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and maintaining the highest quality standards across site operations.

Function Description

As an HSEQ Manager, you will lead the site's HSE and Quality functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting continuous improvement.

• Lead and implement Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and HSE policies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
• Lead emergency response planning, safety training, and compliance programs.
• Manage quality systems to ensure products and processes meet required standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop teams while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE management experience in an industrial environment.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and HSE regulations.
• Experience in hazardous materials and industrial operations is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSEQ reporting systems.
