JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

1. Perform fitting rework activities including grinding, blasting, coating, and repair of fiberglass products
2. Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior
3. Grind sharp edges on products without causing dimensional or surface damage
4. Inspect products for internal and external defects and perform necessary rework
5. Operate curing ovens, spray guns, grinders, and hand tools safely and correctly
6. Ensure rework processes meet quality standards and time targets
7. Perform accurate product labeling and stenciling as per SOP requirements
8. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in work areas
9. Any other duties assign by superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum PMR Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
2. Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
3. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
4. Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
5. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
6. Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
7. Ability to carry physical works.
8. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
