HR Front Office Lead

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our HR Front Office team in Brno and provide administrative support within HR. Previous experience in Human Resources is not required; what matters most to us is a good knowledge of MS Excel and an intermediate level of English. The position is also suitable for students and parents on parental leave.

Location: Vídeňská 117, Brno

Working hours: at least 2 days per week

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the HR team.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the team with HR administration tasks
• Filing and scanning HR documentation
• Updating local HR manuals and guidelines
• Supporting HR projects

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary school education
• Intermediate English skills (mainly for email communication)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially: Excel (data handling, pivot tables), Outlook
• Attention to detail and accuracy
