We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Graduate Completion Engineer to join our high-performing team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This role is critical in planning and executing completion/intervention operations that meet the highest standards of safety, cost-efficiency, and technical excellence.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the Drilling & Wells team, you will:

• Assist with the planning, design, and execution of completion/intervention programs for development wells.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with PETRONAS and TotalEnergies standards, including HSE and well integrity requirements.
• Collaborate with subsurface, operations, and service partners to optimize well delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed well proposals, AFE estimates, and end-of-well reports.
• Monitor real-time completion/intervention performance and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Support tendering and contract management for completion/intervention-related services.
• Contribute to risk assessments, peer reviews, and technical audits.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• A Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Less than 3 years of working experience.
• Exposure to completion & intervention design, and rigless operations would be preferred but not mandatory.
• Exposure to completion engineering software (e.g., WellCat, WellPlan or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
