Senior Project BIM Manager - MEP Building Services

Job Description:

As a Senior Project BIM Manager for MEP Building Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of BIM processes and technology on various projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that BIM standards are met and that the project is delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of BIM processes and technology on projects
• Work closely with the project team to ensure BIM standards are met
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM processes
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on BIM requirements
• Manage the BIM model and ensure accuracy and quality

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management for MEP building services
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and building services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
