Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide resolution to customer's concerns regarding invoices / goods / services. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction while ensuring the cashflow is being improved on customer accounts

The work model for the role is: #L- hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification US market.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.
  • Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.
  • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management


Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled problem resolution Ability to demonstrate your experience in dispute analysis, root cause identification, and collaborative resolution of customer billing discrepancies
  • Have established skills / advanced skills on disputes management, rebates administration, and customer account reconciliation (OPTIONAL: working as Order-to-Cash Specialist or Customer Service with industrial automation, power and grids, or electrical equipment products)
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of / Highly adept in You are qualified in SAP/ERP systems, with proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools

    You are passionate about and attention to detail and accuracy, and you are innovative around process optimization, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to resolve complex disputes
  • Proven experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, with extensive knowledge of customer contract terms, rebate programs, and invoice reconciliation procedures
  • You are at ease communicating in You are fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal), with ability to communicate with international teams and customers.
