JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and proposal process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions for customers worldwide. This role works closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to coordinate responses, develop technical content, maintain proposal documentation, and continuously improve the company's tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, coordination, and submission of global tenders, and RFPs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's digital products and prepare technical responses for tender submissions, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date experience evidence, relevant certifications, and supporting documentation for future submissions.
• Maintain a centralized repository for all tender-related documentation.
• Establish and continuously improve standardized tender processes, templates, and document management practices.
• Track tender opportunities and outcomes, providing insights that support continuous improvement and identify capability gaps.
• Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve the efficiency and consistency of tender responses while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Provide documentation and process support to other business functions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in tender management, proposal development, bid management, contracts administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and document management skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate proposal content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing tools and proposal management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with global teams.
