You'll work closely with project, commercial and legal teams to keep contracts, documentation and reporting on track, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with strong commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of delivery contracts across a portfolio of renewable energy projects.
- Maintain contract registers, project records, correspondence and key commercial documentation.
- Coordinate contract notices, document control activities, meeting actions and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with payment claims, variations, change events and contractor submissions.
- Support procurement processes, supplier onboarding, purchase orders and contract approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting by tracking commercial performance, deliverables, risks and compliance requirements.
About You
You're a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment. You'll bring strong contract administration and stakeholder coordination skills, along with the attention to detail needed to manage complex documentation and commercial processes.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience in contract administration, commercial coordination, procurement support or document control roles.
- Understanding of contract processes, including variations, payment claims, approvals and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work across project, finance, legal, procurement and contractor stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, sound analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project or document management systems, with renewable energy, infrastructure or construction project experience highly regarded.
