Job Description:

Our client, a leading land surveying company in Pleasanton, is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, prepare maps and reports, and provide expert advice on land use and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed maps and reports
• Provide expert advice on land use and development projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project teams
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be a Licensed Land Surveyor in the state of California
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
