This Position reports to:
HR Operations Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for supporting PY/C&B team in administrative tasks, including :

• archiving documents,
• coordinating incoming and outgoing mail,
• dispatching tickets in AskHR,
• entering payroll data to SAP,
• coordinating the dispatch of documents to an external archive

Qualifications for the role:

• Current student status
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a must-have
• Good written and spoken English & Polish

About the internship:

• Start date: 1st of August 2026
• Work in a modern office in Kraków
• 100% Office Work
• We expect availability 30 hours per week
