This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing supply chain operations, developing business opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability, quality, and operational excellence within the Oil & Gas industry.

Function Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in overseeing supply chain activities and supporting operational projects across the USA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Oil & Gas sector and a strong understanding of supply chain management, budgeting, and process optimization.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support operational projects and initiatives across the USA region.
• Develop and maintain budgets, cost analyses, and profitability reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support new business development initiatives through supply chain analysis and planning.
• Ensure compliance with company standards related to quality, safety, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related functions.
• Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
